Progressive Talent Pipeline is a program that identifies, trains, and endorses candidates interested in applying for roles in Congress and government agencies (though PTP does not make hiring decisions and has no role in the hiring process). Too often, there’s no clear entry point for aspiring staffers that do not already have insider connections or a background in how the federal government works. PTP bridges that gap through ongoing trainings, job search support, career development, and networking events. It provides a community for people dedicated to progressive priorities. More than 275 PTPers have secured employment in Congress, the executive branch, and government agencies!
