American Bridge 21st Century, a Democratic research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to lead the organization’s operations and human resources functions and provide day-to-day support to employees. The COO will supervise an HR Specialist and an Operations Associate, and will serve as a key member of the organization’s leadership team. This position is based in our Washington, DC office.

Position Details:
Location: Washington, DC (office-based)
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually
Experience: 8+ years in HR, operations, or related leadership roles
Qualifications: Strong management, communication, organizational, and employment law knowledge, with ADP WorkforceNow experience required.
