Americans for Financial Reform Education Fund (AFREF) is hiring a Senior Policy Analyst or Associate Director for Corporate Governance and Finance to lead policy initiatives focused on corporate accountability, financial reform, and economic justice.
This leadership role involves developing policy strategies, analyzing legislation and regulations, conducting research, writing policy reports, and collaborating with lawmakers, regulators, labor organizations, and advocacy partners. The successful candidate will help advance corporate governance reforms that protect workers, strengthen communities, and promote a fairer and more sustainable economy.
Position Details:
📍 Location: Remote – United States (hybrid option in Washington, D.C.)
💰 Salary: $96,800–$133,000 annually
🎯 Experience: 8+ years for Senior Policy Analyst; 12+ years for Associate Director
