Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice is hiring a Deputy Director of Communications to lead its communications strategy, strengthen its brand identity, and expand its public visibility.
This senior leadership role oversees public relations, media outreach, social media, digital communications, website content, and the production of reports and publications. The Deputy Director will manage communications staff, consultants, and vendors, and work
closely with organizational leadership to translate research, advocacy, and programs into compelling stories that advance gender equality and social justice.
Position Details
📍 Location: Washington, DC – Hybrid
💰 Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 7+ years in communications, public relations, or branding, including 3+ years managing teams or consultants
✈️ Travel: Up to 10%
