Greenlight America is hiring a Regional Campaign Manager to lead grassroots campaigns that support clean energy development across Northern California.
This role focuses on developing campaign strategies, mobilizing volunteers, building partnerships with local organizations, and advocating for clean energy projects. The Regional Campaign Manager will coordinate community outreach, manage campaign budgets, support volunteer leaders, and collaborate with environmental groups, labor unions, and other stakeholders to advance clean energy initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in grassroots organizing, political campaigns, coalition building, or community engagement, along with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Position Details
📍 Location: Remote – Northern California (frequent travel required)
💰 Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 3+ years in grassroots organizing, advocacy, political campaigns, or related fields
✈️ Travel: Approximately 10–25%
🌱 Key Responsibilities: Campaign strategy, volunteer mobilization, coalition building, community outreach, clean energy advocacy, and budget management
