HealthQ is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to provide strategic, equity-centered leadership for its next phase of growth. The organization operates with a $5.5M budget and a 25-member team, delivering reproductive, sexual, and gender-affirming care to over 6,000 patients annually across three clinics in northeast Massachusetts (Haverhill, Lawrence, and Beverly).

Salary: $205,000 annually (Full-time, exempt)
Benefits: 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick leave, 10 holidays; medical/dental/vision (75% premium covered); and an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Core Responsibilities
Organizational Strategy & Change Management: Define future priorities, navigate the evolving reproductive health landscape, and build trust and cohesion across all three clinical sites.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage the $5.5M budget, ensure compliance with federal/state funding and healthcare regulations, and strengthen infrastructure.
People & Culture Leadership: Foster an inclusive culture rooted in health and racial equity, and implement effective performance management systems.
External Relations: Serve as an outward-facing ambassador to cultivate relationships with funders, community partners, and government agencies.
Board Partnership: Maintain a transparent relationship with the volunteer Board of Directors to guide governance and strategic decisions.
