Description:
Movement Labs is an incubator and consulting firm dedicated to using technology, data, and experimentation to build progressive power and stop fascism. The Deputy Director of Development is a senior member of the revenue team, responsible for driving fundraising efforts across multiple channels, including individual giving, institutional support, partnerships, and development operations. This role works closely with the Director of Development to manage daily development activities, strengthen donor stewardship, improve systems and reporting, and support strategic growth. The position oversees key workflows, leads projects from planning through execution, and ensures Movement Labs meets ambitious revenue goals with strong internal coordination and an excellent donor experience. The role is fully remote and offers a salary range of $90,000–$105,000, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates with 3-5+ years of nonprofit or political fundraising experience, strong project management skills, and CRM fluency are encouraged to apply.
