The National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC) is hiring a Grassroots Fundraising Director to lead and expand its fundraising programs supporting fair and representative electoral maps.
This senior leadership role will oversee digital fundraising campaigns, including email, SMS, and advertising, as well as direct mail and telemarketing programs. The Director will develop fundraising strategies, manage staff and vendors, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with advocacy, political, and communications teams.
Position Details:
📍 Location: Remote – United States (Washington, D.C., preferred)
💰 Salary: $135,000 annually
