That’s why I’m happy the training team at the DNC are sponsoring a three-part series of election-focused talent sessions this fall—each one designed to help you sharpen your job searching skills, expand your understanding of the political ecosystem, and position yourself for the opportunities ahead in 2025 and the critical 2026 cycle.

Whether you’re building your first political résumé, navigating career pathways across organizations, or preparing for the subsequent coordinated campaign ramp-up, these conversations are designed for you.

Session 1: Building Your Political Resume
Description: Hear from DNC senior staff on how to best structure and improve your resume when applying for jobs in the political ecosystem.

Description: Learn about what it’s like to work in jobs across the ecosystem and hear directly from political professionals currently working: for a committee, a union, the hard side, government, and an issue focused org about their work, and how they got these jobs.
