We do this work through partnerships, policy accelerators, research, and convenings, and we publish written, graphic, and video content through our own channels.
The States Forum (TSF) is hiring a Digital Communications Senior Manager to lead its digital content strategy, expand its social media presence, and strengthen its online communications.
This role focuses on creating engaging content for social media, websites, and Substack; transforming complex policy research into accessible posts, graphics, and short videos; and supporting media outreach and event promotion. The successful candidate will help grow TSF’s digital audience, manage content calendars, and use analytics to improve engagement.

📍 Location: Remote – United States
💰 Salary: $101,000–$108,000 annually
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 4–7 years in digital communications, social media, or content creation
✈️ Travel: Approximately 10%
