The States Project (TSP) is hiring a Regional Political Director to lead political strategy, oversee campaign investments, and strengthen relationships with state lawmakers, legislative caucuses, candidates, and political partners.
This leadership role focuses on developing state-level electoral strategies, managing campaign budgets, analyzing political data, and supporting effective legislative campaigns. The Regional Political Director will work closely with political leaders and partners to advance TSP’s electoral and governance objectives across assigned states.
Position Details
📍 Location: 100% Remote – United States
💰 Salary: $132,000–$142,000 annually
💼 Employment: Full-Time
✈️ Travel: Approximately 30%
🎯 Experience: At least 3 political campaign cycles, including responsibility for multimillion-dollar campaign programs and budgets
