Description
Unite America is hiring a Data Analyst to serve as the dedicated data and operations partner for its fundraising team. This hands-on role splits time between operational analysis (75%) and building lightweight team infrastructure (25%).
Role Overview
Objective: Translate messy donor and pipeline data into clear dashboards, reports, and workflows while ensuring all critical data accurately flows into Salesforce.
Key Tasks: Manage recurring reports (pipeline health, forecasts, campaign performance), clean datasets, build spreadsheet/Airtable trackers, and enforce data quality standards.
Collaboration: Act as the first-line data contact for fundraisers, while aligning with the central Strategy & Operations team on broader data architecture and finance reconciliations.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: 2–5+ years in fundraising, sales, or revenue operations, or a similar business intelligence/CRM data role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, basic data models) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
Traits: Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured tools, and a passion for non-partisan election reform.
Compensation & Logistics
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000
Location: Denver, CO preferred (relocation support available). Exceptional remote candidates will be considered, but must travel at least 4 times per year.
