About the Role
Vote Kansas PAC is seeking an Operations Associate to support our growing team for the 2026 election on November 3rd. The Operations Associate will work on site in Kansas and will report to the Operations Director.
This position keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly: the office, staff travel and housing, and the policies and paperwork behind them. You will regularly handle sensitive staff and organizational information, so discretion and good judgment are essential.
What You’ll Do
Set up and maintain the offices across Kansas, including mail, deliveries, supplies, and swag.
Book and coordinate staff travel and housing within budget and approval policies.
Help develop and implement reimbursement, travel, and handbook policies.
Handle personnel, financial, and organizational information with strict confidentiality.
Follow compliance policies and flag anything that may raise legal questions to the Operations Director.
Provide other operations and administrative support as needed.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Must live in Kansas and be able to work on site.
A demonstrated ability to keep sensitive information confidential, including personnel, financial, and internal organizational matters.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many moving pieces at once.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
A clear, responsive communicator and team player who is willing to step in and help coworkers and is receptive to feedback.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in HR, operations, or office administration.
Experience working on a political campaign, PAC, or nonprofit.
