Leadership Lab: Understanding Burnout
Thursday, December 5, 1 PM - 2 PM ET
Sacrificing sleep, relationships, and your health for "the cause?" Those are all hallmarks of burnout culture. Many of us normalize burnout, if not glorify it, but it can come at a severe cost to short- and long-term health. In this session, we'll uncover the physical signs and symptoms of burnout, how to know if your workplace is a high-risk environment for burnout, and different steps you can take to protect yourself from tipping into workplace burnout. Participants will be asked to take a short, free online Burnout Score assessment before meeting, and will leave this workshop with 8-10 concrete practices they can incorporate on an as-needed basis.
Register NOW for our Talent In Transition programming and get ready for the work that lies ahead.
